First Visit
Please allow for 1 hr for the initial consultation and treatment. This will consist of about 15 mins to go over paperwork with the Acupuncturist, followed by an Acupuncture treatment. The follow up treatments are approximately 1 hr as well.
Upon Arrival:
1. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit.
2. Please be on time so we can ensure you get your allotted appointment slot.
3. Please wear comfortable clothing.
4. Please speak softly in the clinic as others are relaxing
5. Please have appropriate hygiene to be respectful of other patients and our practitioners.
6. Please familiarize yourself with the address, location of Acupoint, and parking options on the Contact Us page.
**Please Note: There is a 24 hr cancellation policy for all scheduled treatments. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call 24 hrs in advance or you will be charged full price for the appointment and/or pre-paid vouchers will be forfeited.
